This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, by Ian Fleming
Bought the audio version through audible.com because David Tennant reads it brilliantly. What a fun little book! I don't recall ever reading it, or seeing the movie, though I'm told by my older siblings that I did. It was a great adventure—sort of like a James Bond Jr. There were also lots of little things that reminded me of Lemony Snicket books in a good way.
