Twin Lakes Park was deserted at lunchtime today. What can you expect on a grey, cloudy, cold February day? Even the waterfowl were nowhere to be found--with the exception of Iris Johansen's "The Ugly Duckling," which I left pinned to the information board in the parking lot of the upper lake.
