The flavors of the day were tempting enough for a post-dinner trip to The Meadows Original Frozen Custard in Greensburg. After enjoying a generous small Butter Pecan cone with Mom, I left Lemony Snicket's "The Wide Window" on a not-so-wide windowsill outside the front door around 6:40 p.m.
