This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

RABCKs #239 - #242
I picked up three "All My Children" books on a lark at at the St. Emma Monastery flea market last year, expecting to be amused by the novelizations of the first years of this American soap opera. When I finally did read them, I was very pleasantly surprised by the stories and characters and wanted to share the books with someone who shared my affection for AMC. I posted an offer in the RABCK forum on BookCrossing and T02S03B11D20 took me up on it. I posted the books—"Tara & Philip," "Erica," and "The Lovers," by Rosemarie Santini—along with "Pretty Poison," by Joyce and Jim Lavene (to fill out the package), to Michigan today. Enjoy!
