This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Catch #119!
Long time, no see, Mrs. Brisby! I got a journal entry today on a book I released 1 year, 3 months, and 16 days ago--a new record for me. The last time I saw "Mrs. Brisby's Important Package" was in October 2008 when I left it at the post office in Greensburg. Somehow it travelled a few blocks to the Westmoreland Hospital emergency room, where it was a welcome distraction for new member stem99. Thanks for the journal entry and welcome to BookCrossing!
