I did some browsing at Kohl's—I didn't end up finding anything I wanted to take home with me, but I did have something to leave behind. I left "Handbags and Homicide," by Dorothy Howell, in the purses department before I left.
On my way home, I stopped at the Goodwill store in Greensburg to see if there were any books that needed to come home with me. Imagine my surprise when I came across one of my books there for the first time since I have been BookCrossing! I found "Birthright," by Joseph Amiel, on the shelf. It was caught back in February 2009 by an AnonymousFinder, who said they would set it free for someone else to find once they were done reading it. I'd love to know where it spent the last 11 months! Rather than repurchase it, I left it there for someone else to find.
From the tag, it looks like it arrived there just before Christmas (on
my birthday, in fact!).
