This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Find #4!
I found a BookCrossing book in the wild—and it looks awfully familiar! I ran into "The Perfectly True Tales of a Perfect Size 12" (which I last saw in December 2009 when I gave it to Mom to share with her book club members) at the Christian Layman Corps store in Greensburg. Mom tells me I shouldn't be surprised since several of her book clubbers volunteer there. I left it on their shelves for someone else to find, and I found an armful of other books to bring home with me.
