This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Release #51
This is another book that was being kept for sentimental reasons. "Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason" is now free to begin a brand new adventure in the parking lot of the Barnes & Noble in Greensburg where I left it propped against a light pole. Should I wish for its experiences to be a little less--or a great deal more--exciting than Bridget's were in this book? Perhaps it will write home once in a while and let me know.
