This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Releases #899 - #902
After I finished setting up for Daffodil Days sales in Ligonier, Pa., this morning, I headed into town to do some BookCrossing. I left "A Night at the Operation," by Jeffrey Cohen, at the Ligonier Theater on West Main Street; "Court of Honor," by William P. Wood, at the District Judge's office on West Main Street; and "The Walker in Shadows," by Barbara Michaels, on the steps of the gazebo in the center of town. On my way home, I stopped for gas at GetGo on Route 30 and left "Lucifer's Hammer," by Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle, on top of one of the gas pumps.
