This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Release #274
I'm glad there are a lot of high-but-reachable windowsills on the buildings in downtown Greensburg; they are the perfect place to prop a book and catch someone's eye. On my way back from lunch today, I left "I is for Innocent," by Sue Grafton, on one of the North Pennsylvania Avenue windowsills of Penn Towers, which fronts on Harrison Avenue. I hope it catches someone's eye soon!
