This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Releases #269 & #270
Greensburg's SummerSounds concerts at Saint Clair Park have begun, and where great numbers of people gather, so should BookCrossing books be released. I left "Nuke Hill," by Steven Spetz, in General Nathanael Greene's care, at the feet of his likeness, while Vivian Vande Velde's "There's a Dead Person Following My Sister Around" can be found on the water fountains by the restrooms. Enjoy the concert, and the books!
