This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Release #483
Sister No. 6 and I drove to Monroeville today to do a little holiday shopping. One of our stops was PaperMart in Jonnet Plaza, and I took the opportunity to leave Bebe Moore Campbell's "Brothers and Sisters" on the bench outside El Campesino Mexican Restaurant. By the time we left PaperMart, the book was already gone. Write home pronto!
