It's Christmas Eve and two dozen relatives will be at my house soon so I stocked up on Diet Mt. Dew at the Hempfield Square Giant Eagle. I left Tracy Chevalier's "Girl with a Pearl Earring" on top of the pile of weekly sales flyers in the entrance on my way in. Perhaps it will make a nice Christmas gift for someone.
