This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Release #161
Mom and I had a yen for breakfast at dinner time, so we headed to Eat 'n Park for some Breakfast Smiles (eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast) and fresh coffee. Still hopeful that I'll get a catch and journal entry from one of the many books I have left there, I decided to leave another to increase my odds. I released Jimmie H. Butler's "Red Lightning Black Thunder" on top of the ATM in the vestibule. C'mon, number 9--write home soon!
