This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Release #182
Fate placed me at the Greensburg Country Club earlier this evening and common sense demanded I release a book. I complied; after all, who can resist that dynamic duo? I left Scott Turow's "The Laws of Our Fathers" in a chair that was nestled in a cubbyhole with a courtesy phone near the restrooms and coat room.
