This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

Wild Release #200
I can't believe I have wild released 200 books in the last 365 days! Or that I have read 92 books in the year since I have joined BookCrossing. Or that I still have 170+ books on my bookshelf waiting to be read! Enough about statistics: I left my 200th wild release--"A House Called Awful End," by Philip Ardagh--on the ledge outside the door of Subway in the Greengate Commons Plaza on Route 30 East in Greensburg. I hope that whoever finds it enjoys it, and has something in their life that brings them as much satisfaction as BookCrossing does for me.
