This blog follows my adventures in BookCrossing--the practice of leaving a book in a public place to be picked up and read by others, who then do likewise. It is a fascinating exercise in fate, karma, or whatever you want to call the chain of events that can occur between two or more lives and one piece of literature.

RABCK #91
"Northanger Abbey," by Jane Austen, is on its way to tabby-cat-owner in Arizona to become part of the 1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die Library. The idea of the 1001-library bookshelf is to virtually collect all "1001 Books You Must Read Before You Die" and make them available to any BookCrossing member across the globe. The library is intended to be multilingual and collects book in all languages. If you want to keep track of your 1001 reads, you can download a pretty neat Excel spreadsheet by clicking here. Many happy readers, little book!
